Lampung – M. Abbas Umar, salah seorang warga negara Indonesia korban tindakan penganiayaan oknum Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) Polres Lampung Timur, menuntut keadilan. Hal tersebut disampaikan pria yang akrab disapa Abbas itu kepada media ini, Sabtu, 21 Januari 2023.
Abbas yang tinggal di Kayuagung, Ogan Komering Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, juga menjelaskan bahwa dirinya akan terus mempertanyakan perihal tanggung jawab negara atas dugaan perilaku tindak pidana penganiayaan yang dilakukan sejumlah oknum APH Polres Lampung Timur terhadap dirinya tersebut mengingat pertanyaan dari keluarganya. Disebutkannya bahwa orang tua Abbas dan seluruh sanak keluarganya selalu menanyakan sejauh mana perkembangan penanganan hukum atas tindakan penganiayaan yang dialaminya pada hari Sabtu, 12 Maret 2022 lalu.
“Kasus itu sudah dilaporkan ke Propam Polda Lampung secara online, akan tetapi untuk fisiknya belum, masih dipersiapkan dalam beberapa hari ini. Laporan secara online sebagaimana anjuran Divpropam Mabes Polri agar dilakukan melalui aplikasi Propam Presisi sudah dilakukan sekitar 6 bulan lalu, tapi hingga kini masih belum ada tindak lanjutnya,” kata Abbas, Sabtu, 21 Januari 2023.
Ketua DPC PPWI Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) itu selanjutnya menuturkan bahwa pada saat kejadian dia telah menjelaskan dirinya tidak tahu-menahu tentang peristiwa perobohan papan bunga di Polres Lampung Timur sehari sebelumnya. Namun naas, para oknum APH Polres Lampung Timur tidak menggubris keterangannya, tapi malahan secara brutal melakukan penganiayaan terhadap dirinya. Peristiwa penganiayaan itu sendiri terjadi di halaman Mapolda Lampung, tatkala rombongan Ketua Umum PPWI, Wilson Lalengke, bermaksud menyampaikan laporan polisi terkait oknum Kapolres dan polisi Lampung Timur yang diduga kuat melakukan penganiayaan terhadap anggota PPWI Lampung Timur, Muhammad Indra, ke Bidpropam Polda Lampung.
Dalam rangka mendapatkan keadilan atas perilaku barbar para oknum polisi dari Polres Lampung Timur terhadap dirinya, Abbas menjelaskan bahwa ia kini tengah mempersiapkan sejumlah bukti penganiayaan, antara lain hasil visum, foto bekas luka penganiayaan, video, dan print laporan online serta beberapa saksi. “Selain laporan polisi dalam bentuk fisik atau hard-copy, saya juga telah mempersiapkan bukti pendukung, seperti hasil visum, foto dan video serta print-out laporan online, serta saksi-saksi yang menyaksikan kejadian penganiayaan itu,” terangnya.
Dengan dilampirkan bukti fisik nantinya, Abbas berharap agar laporan online terdahulu ke Propam Polda Lampung dapat ditindaklanjuti dan dirinya mendapatkan keadilan. Untuk diketahui bahwa akibat penganiayaan oleh APH Polres Lampung Timur lalu, Abbas menderita pendarahan di hidung dan sejumlah bagian wajahnya. “Bahkan hidung saya sempat terluka parah, untung tidak patah,” tutupnya.
Sementara itu dari Jakarta, Ketua Umum PPWI, Wilson Lalengke, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya melalui Divisi Advokasi Dewan Pengurus Nasional PPWI sedang mempersiapkan laporan polisi terkait kejadian penganiayaan terhadap beberapa anggota PPWI Maret 2022 lalu. “Selain Abbas, gerombolan polisi dari Polres Lampung Timur juga menganiaya rekan PPWI Lampung Barat, Sahroni, dan PPWI Lampung Selatan, Amuri. Tidak hanya itu, perlakuan mereka terhadap Ketua DPD PPWI Lampung, Edi Suryadi, juga sangat tidak manusiawi. Para polisi itu jelas-jelas telah melanggar Kode Etik Profesi Polri (KEPP) dan sudah semestinya ditindak tegas oleh lembaganya melalui Divisi Propam Mabes Polri,” jelas Wilson Lalengke, Sabtu, 21 Januari 2023.
Selain menganiaya anggotanya, tambahnya, para oknum polisi itu diduga kuat telah mengambil dan menggelapkan uang yang ada di dalam mobil PPWI saat kejadian. Juga, jam tangan M. Abbas Umar, yang baru dibelinya seharga Rp. 5 juta lebih hingga kini tidak diketahui rimbanya sejak diamankan oleh para oknum APH Polres Lampung Timur tersebut.
“Uang saya sejumlah Rp. 18 juta hilang dari mobil PPWI yang sempat mereka tahan saat itu. Hingga kini oknum Kapolres AKBP Zaky Alkazar Nasution dan gerombolannya tidak bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan uang saya. Kita akan masukan laporan segera agar permasalahan ini jelas duduk perkaranya, harus ada yang bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan uang dan jam tangan yang diambil mereka,” beber alumni PPRA-48 Lemhannas RI tahun 2012 itu.
